Customer Service Specialist
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and internal colleagues
- Follow-up customer orders and projects
- Deal with customer complains
- Coordinate for the goods issues
- Gather data from sales team and generate reports
- Communicate and support with sales team for any issues
Requirement
- College or above, preferably in Logistic and Customer Service
- More than 3 years work experience in customer service or relevant, experience in Electric industry or Telemarketing will be an advantage
- Proactive, patient, customer service oriented and excellent communication skill
- Good at problem solving and be able to handle multiple tasks well
- Be familiar with MS office, good command of English is preferred
