Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers and internal colleagues
  • Follow-up customer orders and projects
  • Deal with customer complains
  • Coordinate for the goods issues
  • Gather data from sales team and generate reports
  • Communicate and support with sales team for any issues

Requirement

  • College or above, preferably in Logistic and Customer Service
  • More than 3 years work experience in customer service or relevant, experience in Electric industry or Telemarketing will be an advantage
  • Proactive, patient, customer service oriented and excellent communication skill
  • Good at problem solving and be able to handle multiple tasks well
  • Be familiar with MS office, good command of English is preferred
