Hager has won the international iF Packaging Award
With its new packaging concept, Hager has won the international iF Packaging Award in the category "Sales Packaging".
Held for the first time at Interpack 2008 in Düsseldorf, the competition this year attracted a large response with 203 entries from 24 countries. The iF packaging award 2011 was judged by international experts working to the evaluation criteria of design quality, finish, choice of material, degree of innovation, environmental impact, functionality, ergonomics, visualisation of intended use, safety, brand value / branding, symbolism & independence, production & logistics aspects and universal design.
This award confirms the boldness and foresight of Hager Group management who decided at a very early stage to pick up on "green trends", acknowledged here by sector professionals. The award also recognises innovation in our elegant white printing design and in all the efficient optimisation processes performed at Hager Group locations worldwide.Registration for the award was prepared and submitted in association with Thimm Consulting who have supported us in the whole packaging project. The award is thus a joint prize. Thanks to all participants for their strong commitment during this successful project!
